They may not have Bath's working (and visible) spa baths, nor the (delectable)cream teas - but they also don't have the now famously peeling paint. Today's Leamington Pump Rooms are a far more practical affair, with a fabulous museum, function rooms and town library - all within a stone's throw of the gorgeous Jephson Gardens. Editors' note - traditional cream teas are now available in the fittingly named Tea Room. Highly recommended.
