Belgrade Plaza is Coventry's largest and most exciting mixed use scheme that is set to change the face of the city centre. Adjacent to the Belgrade Theatre, which has reopened after a £10 million refurbishment, Belgrade Plaza is underway. Phase I saw the extension and complete refurbishment of the existing multi storey car park (Leigh Mills) to provide 1,091 car spaces. The car park is open 24 hours, seven-days- a-week. It has 24 hour staffed security and offers 3 - 21 person passenger lifts, toilet facilities and reception all housed in a glazed service tower. It offers disabled car parking spaces on Level 1. Phase 2a, is on site now and will see the building of the Gala Casino, The Premier Travel Inn, Metro Bar and Grill, Bella Italia and Pizza Express due for completion in 2009. Phase 2b, will see the building of the Raddison Edwardian Hotel and offices along with an additional bar. Phase III will provide a residential courtyard scheme with bars.

Belgrade Plaza is a joint venture between Oakmoor Esates and Deeley Properties. Oakmoor Estates specialises in the development and redevelopment of land and buildings, principally in the Midlands.
