Etna's wonderful Italian restaurant has become something of an institution. It was the first restaurant to open in Coventry's Restaurant Quarter, celebrates more than two decades since it first opened and the integrity of its menu and quality of its food has had time to cement a reputation across the region for excellence across the board. But it is also its scrumptious lunchtime-only "pasta in a box" takeaways that have made this one of Coventry's stars. It really is hard to believe that you could get better takeaway pasta anywhere else and that includes Italy. Fabulous!
