The restaurant menu is Thai but with a definite international twist, resulting in an experience and flavours that are perfectly matched to the European palette. The impetus to fresh local produce is integral to the kitchen, not tokenism, except where quality and taste favours other locations (Scottish Aberdeen Angus, for example) All in all The Art Kitchen is a passionate affair - different, innovative, warm, intimate and even perhaps 'sexy'.
