Wonderful, rosette-winning international restaurant hidden in one of the region's most loved small hotels. That Haigs Restaurant is as well known as the Hotel itself speaks volumes. The restaurant scores in three areas; the food is genuinely freshly prepared resulting in real menus and quite wonderfully tasting food; the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive and finally, the restaurant dynamics focus on simplicity, creating a good balance of intimacy and comfort.
