The restaurant has a reputation for showcasing the range of flavours associated with the very different styles of curry across the Indian continent - and it is remarkable that it pulls of delivering the best recipes from across the Indian sub-continent with aplomb. The Rogan Josh is particularly good - but the Kashmiri classics are also particular stars of a first class and innovative menu - and a restaurant that succeeds in delivering every bit on its promise. Courageous and ambitious, Five Rivers is a deserving nomination.
